The Tibetan Spaniel Association held its Open Show at Parkside Hall, Ampthill, Bedfordshire judged by Miss Sarah Styles. From an entry of 111 exhibits making a total entry of 130 the Best in Show went to Mrs L Morton's homebred bitch LINSDOWN KERA, with Reserve Best in Show going to Mrs P Bevis' bitch VELBRI VENUS OF STARLANCE JW bred by Mr & Mrs Tapp. Best Puppy went to Mrs L Short's bitch SAMALYN SWANSONG BY MALIA bred by Mrs Simpson .
The South Western Tibetan Spaniel Club held its Breed Championship Show at Old Mill Hall, Grove, Nr Wantage judged by Mr Ian Millar. From an entry of 167 exhibits making a total entry of 208 the Best in Show went to Mr Moran's bitch PHILCAR PHOUR INTA MORNING , with Reserve Best in Show going to Mesdames Johnson & Whitehead's bitch RHUBISK SHEER MAGIC. Best Puppy went to Miss Croucher's bitch BRUESOWN PRITIKA.
